These gluten free cheese puffs are made from my versatile batch dough.
1. Use ½ of one batch of dough from potato flat bread. Make small balls of dough, Press ¼ “ piece of cheddar into each dough ball. (need 4 oz of sharp cheddar or other cheese). Bake in 350 degree F oven for 10-12 minutes.
Calories per serving for cheese puffs: 64 calories, 2.9 grams protein, 8 grams carbohydrates, 2.6 grams fat, 11.9 milligrams cholesterol, 102 milligrams sodium
This is an easy way to make a quick appetizer or side to your dinner - or great to have as a snack when guests arrive to a party. It is great right out of the oven, but also tastes great at room temperature.
