Easy Storage for Leftovers

Need a tip for easy storage for leftovers?  How many times do you throw out leftovers because you can't eat them in time or they pushed back to the fridge and forgotten.

My tip is simple and will make life easier when you have a busy weeknight.  Just open your freezer and heat it up and you are good to go!

Leftover gluten-free stuffing, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, or turnips, no need to eat those leftovers day after a day.  Use an ice cream scoop and scoop single servings onto a baking sheet that has been covered with wax paper.  When frozen place into a zip lock freezer bag, be sure to label and store in the freezer.  These are easy to heat in microwave or bake in oven when ready to serve, YUM.

This is also a great tip for Thanksgiving leftovers.  By using this method of freezing leftovers you can have Thanksgiving again whenever you want!
