Pears are such a great fruit to eat right now - there are so many varieties out there.
Recently I visited my local farmers market and was so excited to see so many different types of pears. They are especially great in this salad I want to share with you today. This recipe also contains walnuts, which is featured on the worlds healthiest food list. Walnuts are considered heart healthy and is a great source of omega 3 fatty acids.
